"Sausage Potato Bake"

2sliced pork sausage links
3thinly sliced russet potatoes
1sliced green pepper
1sliced yellow pepper
1chopped onion
1 tablespoonMrs. Dash (Original)
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsmargarine
1/4 cupwhite cooking wine

Preparation Instructions:

Melt margarine in a skillet, then saute onion, peppers and potatoes for 10 minutues. In a cassrole dish, add sausauge, cooking wine and seasonings, then pour sauteed veggie mixture into dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
