Ever-Ready Vinaigrette

Preparation Tips:In airtight jar, shake together oil, vinegar, mustard, basil, sugar, pepper, salt until blended. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 1 weeek.) Makes 1 1/2 cups.
TIP: For a simple salad, toss the dressing with spinach, mushrooms and sweet red pepper. or try a combination of lettuces, carrot, cucumber, and radish.
