"Beef & Pasta Stir Fry"

Preparation Instructions:Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Stir fry onion and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add beef and continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add peppers and mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.
Pour in pasta sauce and 1/4 cup of the parmesan. Heat well.
Toss with pasta; top with remaining parmesan. Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 670 calories; 4 g protein; 25 g fat.
