Beef & Pasta Stir Fry

AmountIngredient
250 g packagepenne or spiral pasta
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 poundflank or sirloin steak, cut in very thin strips
1green pepper, cut in strips
10mushrooms, quartered
375 ml jarspaghetti sauce
1/2 cupKraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Preparation Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Stir fry onion and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add beef and continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add peppers and mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.

Pour in pasta sauce and 1/4 cup of the parmesan. Heat well.

Toss with pasta; top with remaining parmesan. Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: 670 calories; 4 g protein; 25 g fat.
