Preparation Instructions:Combine first 8 ingredients in a large skillet; stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add fish; cover and cook an additional 11 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place fish on a serving platter; spoon tomato mixture on top of fish, using a slotted spoon. 4 servings.
