AmountIngredient
1 canwhite shoepeg corn, drained
15 ounce canblack eyed peas, drained and rinsed in cold water
1 large canblack olives, drained and chopped
10 ounce canRotel original tomatoes with chilies
8 ouncesKraft zesty Italian dressing
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
2 tablespoonschopped cilantro

Preparation Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve with lime chips & your favorite Margaritas!!

You can use food processor to chop the olives, onions and cilantro.
