Garlic Chicken & Grapes

vegetable cooking spray
6whole chicken legs, thighs attached (about 3 pounds), skinned
2 tablespoonsdijon mustard
2 tablespoonssalt-reduced soy sauce
2 tablespoonshoney
2 tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1 tablespoonsesame seeds
2 cupsred or green seedless grapes (about 3/4 pound)
4 cupscooked broccoli
6cooked new potatoes

Preparation Tips:

Spray microwave dish with cooking spray. Place chicken, skinned side down, in dish with thighs to outside of dish. Microwave, covered, on High for 10 minutes. Combine mustard, soy, honey, vinegar and garlic; stir until well-combined. Turn chicken over, discard liquid in dish, pour mustard sauce over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 10 minutes or until meat near thighbone is no longer pink. Sprinkle grapes around chicken, cover, and microwave on High until grapes are just heated through, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Serve with broccoli and potatoes. 6 servings.
