Preparation Instructions:Beat together eggs, milk, basil, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet at medium heat. Add onion, chopped pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until tender. Add potato and chopped ham; cook 2 minutes longer. Pour eggs over vegetables. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 10 minutes until set, lifting edges to let uncooked egg run underneath. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with a lid until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
