Scalloped Beef Pie

Preparation Tips:For potato topping, cook potato slices in unsalted boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes or until cooked. Drain well. Add cheese sauce to potato slices.
For meat filling, cook ground beef in non-stick frying pan over medium heat until cooked. Drain. Remove from pan. In same pan cook chopped vegetables. Return beef to frying pan. Add seasonings, chili sauce, and ketchup. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Spoon meat filling into 2 liter casserole dish. Top with potato/cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
