Serving Size: Makes about 120 small biscuits

AmountIngredient
1 poundcountry sausage meat
10 ouncessharp coon cheese, grated
3 cupsBisquick

Preparation Instructions:

Combine sausage, cheese, and bisquick thoroughly to make dough. Make into bite size balls and bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Serve piping hot. Makes about 120 small biscuits

Note: The uncooked balls may be frozen for future use.
