Serving Size: Makes about 5 cups or 5 servings

AmountIngredient
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1 teaspoonvegetable oil
1 teaspoongrated fresh ginger
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
2 teaspoonsdry sherry
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 poundboneless pork, cut into 2 by 1/4 inch strips
10 1/2 ounce canCampbell's condensed beef broth (bouillon)
2 tablespoonscornstarch
1 cupfresh snow peas
1sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cupsliced Cambell's fresh mushrooms
 Hot cooked rice

Preparation Instructions:

1. In 3 quart microwave safe casserole, stir together oil, ginger, soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Stir in pork to coat. Cover with lid; refrigerate 1 hour.

2. Microwave, covered, on High 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.

3. In small bowl, stir together broth and cornstarch; add to pork mixture along with peas, pepper and mushrooms. Cover; microwave on High 7 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring 3 times during cooking. Serve over rice. Makes about 5 cups or 5 servings.
