Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
4boneless chicken breasts
4 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
3 tablespoonsliquid honey
3 tablespoonsketchup
1 tablespoonwater
1 teaspoondried ginger

Preparation Instructions:

Brown chicken breasts lightly in a nonstick fry pan, about 4 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, honey, ketchup, water and ginger. Add to the chicken. Baste chicken continuously, reducing sauce to a glossy glaze. Serve with sauteed or roasted vegetables and remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings.
