"Lime and Garlic Marinated Tuna"

Preparation Instructions:Combine all ingredients except the tuna in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Mix well. Add tuna steaks and turn several times to fully coat all sides. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning steaks several times during marinating. Remove steaks from marinade and grill or broil about 2 - 3 minutes per side or until seared on the outside but still rare on the inside. Discard unused marinade.
Per serving: 271 calories; 40 g protein; 11.6 g carbohydrate; 6.5 g fat.
Note: Minced chipotle peppers with adobe sauce is available in small tins in the ethnic food section.
