"Fruit and Creme Brule"

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
14 ounce canpineapple tidbits, in juice, drained
1 cupblueberries, fresh or frozen
4kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slices 1/4" thick
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupfat free sour cream
2 tablespoonslow fat cream cheese
1/4 teaspooncinnamon

Preparation Instructions:

1. Combine all fruits in a medium bowl.

2. Divide into 4 ovenproof custard cups placed on a baking sheet or place in an 8" x 8" square baking dish. Set aside.

3. Whisk together sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

4. Broil 6" from top element for 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Watch closely as this could burn very quickly!

5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.

Makes 4 portions. Doubles easily.
