Serving Size: Makes 2 servings

AmountIngredient
1 cupmilk or soy beverage
2 tablespoonsskim milk powder
1ripe banana
1 cupfrozen or fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or sliced peeled peaches

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, puree together milk, skim milk powder, banana and fruit until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Makes 2 servings.

Per serving: about 155 calories; 6 g protein; 3 g fat; 28 g carbohydrate; 2 g fibre; 10 mg cholesterol.
