Bigelow Green Tea Shrimp Stir Fry

Green Tea Vinaigrette: 
1 cupprepared Bigelow green tea (or any other brand) (steep with 2 tea bags for 10 minutes)
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonhoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoonminced gingerroot
1/2 teaspoonminced garlic
Stir Fry: 
2 tablespoonspeanut oil, divided
2 clovesgarlic, minced
16large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cupshredded Savoy cabbage
1 cupbaby spinach
1 cupsnow peas
1 cupbroccoli florets
1 cupbean sprouts
4 bagsBigelow green tea (dry)
1/4 cupvegetable stock
 Sliced green onions
 Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation Instructions:

Prepare Green Tea Vinaigrette by whisking ingredients together; set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a preheated wok or deep fry pan. Add half of the garlic and shrimp, stirring constantly for a few minutes, until shrimp become pink. Remove from wok and set aside, covered.

Add remaining oil, garlic, vegetables and contents of green tea bags; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in vegetable stock, cover and let simmer 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Transfer vegetables to a serving dish; top with shrimp. Pour vinaigrette over top and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serves 4.
