"Hot Chicken Salad"

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

AmountIngredient
2 cupscut up cooked chicken
2 cupsthinly sliced celery
1 cupcroutons
1 cupmayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cupchopped or slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoonslemon juice
2 teaspoonsinstant minced onion
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 cupshredded cheddar or Swiss cheese (about 2 ounces)
1 cupcrushed potato chips

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Spoon into 6 ungreased 1 cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. 6 servings.
