Preparation Instructions: Combine HP sauce, oil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Coat steak generously with half the sauce.Grill over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining sauce and turning only once or twice. Serves 4.
