"Grilled Sweet-Spiced Lemon Chicken Breasts"

Preparation Instructions:Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch. Place in large shallow dish. For marinade, mix together remaining ingredients; pour over chicken; turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 or up to 6 hours.
On oiled grill over medium heat, grill chicken for about 4 minutes on each side or until just cooked through (no pink colour in center); don't overcook. Served garnished with lemon and coriander.
Per serving (without garnish): 264 calories; 41 g protein; 7 g fat; 8 g carbohydrates.
