"White Turkey Chili"

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions:Cut turkey into small cubes. Heat oil in a large non-stick fry pan or saucepan over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, celery and garlic. Cook, mixing constantly until turkey is no longer pink inside and onion is softened. (4 to 5 minutes).
Add dry seasonings, mixing well. Add green pepper and broth and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Add beans, mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Heat thoroughly stirring frequently. Do not boil. Serve immediately.
Per Serving: 367 calories; 40 g protein; 11 g fat; 27 g carbohydrates.
