Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

AmountIngredient
3large Granny Smith apples, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 cupspitted sliced dark red plums
3 tablespoonsliquid honey
1 teaspoonlemon juice
1 tablespoonall purpose flour
1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
Crumble Topping: 
1 cupall purpose flour
3/4 cupgolden brown sugar, packed
3/4 cupquick-cooking rolled oats
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoonnutmeg
1/2 cupmargarine

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.

To Make Filling: In a large bowl, toss together apples, plums, honey, lemon juice, flour, and cinnamon. Arrange fruit evenly in baking dish.

To Make Crumble: In medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a pastry blender or with your fingertips, rub in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over fruit. Bake in oven 40 minutes, until topping is lightly browned and fruit is tender and bubbly. Cool and serve warm.
