Breakfast Sausage Patties

Preparation Tips:1. Mix together pork, green oniion, fennel seeds, paprika, rosemary, oregano, garlic parsley, salt, pepper, and curshed red pepper. Blend well.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Remove mixture from refrigerator. Form into 3 inch patties.
4. Saute patties in hot oil until very brown and crisp on both sides, about 10 minutes.
5. Serve immediately with pancakes and maple syrup.
