"Spicy Cheddar Butter"

Serving Size: Makes 3/4 cup

AmountIngredient
3/4 cupcheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1 tablespoonpickled hot pepper rings, chopped
 Hot pepper sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Beat together cheddar cheese, butter and hot peppers. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavours. Makes 3/4 cup.

A great addition to steamed cauliflower, broccoli, or baked potatoes.
