Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings

Preparation Instructions:Mix butter, milk and bread; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt, and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
