Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

AmountIngredient
1 pintclams
1/4 cupchopped bacon
1/4 cupchopped onion
1 cupclam liquor and water
 Parsley
1 cupdiced potatoes
1/2 teaspoonsalt
Dashpepper
2 cupsmilk

Preparation Instructions:

Drain clams and save liquor. Chop. Fry bacon until slightly browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add liquor, potatoes, seasonings and clams. cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk, heat. Garnish with chopped parsley sprinkled over the top. Makes 6 servings.
