Chili Soup

AmountIngredient
2 to 3 cupsstock (chicken, beef or pork)
1 large canhot chili
2 canskidney beans
1 stalkleek, chopped
4medium potatoes, cubed
2 stalkscelery, chopped (optional)
1 canstewed tomatoes

Preparation Tips:

Start with stock, then add other ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Serve.
