Preparation Instructions: In shallow dish stir together bread crumbs, cheese and pepper. In small bowl stir together mayonnaise and green onion. Brush both sides of fish fillets with mayonnaise mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange on greased baking sheet or on rack in broiler pan so that pieces do not touch. Bake in 475 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with Tangy Tartar Sauce. Makes 4 servings.Tangy Tartar Sauce: In small bowl combine mayonnaise with onion, sweet relish, lemon juice, and mustard. Makes about 1/2 cup.
