"Chili Poppyseed Cheese Log"

Serving Size: Makes 2 logs

AmountIngredient
250 gram packagecream cheese, softened
1/4 cupmayonnaise
227 gram packagemozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cupparsley
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonchili powder
1 tablespoonpaprika
1 tablespoonpoppyseeds (for garnish)

Preparation Instructions:

Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, and chili powder. Chill one hour. Divide mixture in half. Roll into two 6 inch logs. Mix together paprika and poppy seeds. Coat logs evenly with paprika and poppyseed mixture. Makes two logs.
