"Gingered Turkey Salad"
Salads and Green Dishes (Card 37) from Great American Recipes
Serving Size: Makes 4 to 5 servings

Preparation Instructions:1. Cook the rice according to the package directions.
2. When rice is cooked and still hot, combine with turkey, peas green onions and almonds. Place in a large bowl.
3. Combine the dressing ingredients.
4. Pour dressing over the warm salad. Toss gently. Serve while warm or at room temperature.
Per serving: 340 calories; 22.1 g fat; 18.8 g protein; 17.6 g carbohydrate; 402 mg sodium.
