"Catalina Swordfish"
Fish and Seafood (Card 8) from Great American Recipes
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions:1. Place swordfish in a glass dish.
2. Combine the soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Pour over the fish. Let stand 30 minutes.
3. Remove fish to a broiler pan. Reserve marinade for basting.
4. Place broiling rack so swordfish is about 5 inches from heating element. Baste with marinade.
5. Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side. When fish flakes, it is ready.
6. Serve sprinkled with green onions, if desired.
Per serving: 247 calories; 34.2 g protein; 10.3 g fat; 2.5 g carbohydrate; 612 mg sodium.
