Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions: 1. Place chicken breasts between pieces of waxed paper. Flatten slightly with your hand.2. Whisk egg yolks with water.
3. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
4. Dip chicken breasts in egg yolks. Roll in flour-crumb mixture.
5. Brown chicken breasts in butter on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
7. In the meantime, prepare sauce: melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour.
8. Slowly add the milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens.
9. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
10. Transfer chicken to hot serving dish. Pour sauce over. Garnish with pepper rings or strips.
