Preparation Tips:In skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat. To skillet, add mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and peppers and cook over low heat. Add soy sauce and pepper. Meanwhile, scramble eggs in a mediium saucepan. Cut pitas in half giving 4 pockets. Arrange 2 bacon slices in each pita half; add scrambled eggs; spoon on cooked vegetables and serve. 2 to 4 servings.
