Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

2chicken breasts, halved
4 teaspoonssoft butter or margarine
1 to 2 tablespoonsinstant minced onion
1/2 teaspoongarlic salt
1/4 teaspoonpaprika
2 tablespoonssnipped parsley

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove skin from chicken; place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 or 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Spread 1 teaspoon butter on each piece; sprinkle with onion, garlic salt and paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley. 4 servings.
