Preparation Instructions:Heat oil in a large skillet at medium heat. Add peppers, cucumbers and onion. Saute 2 minutes until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and dressing. Saute about 4 minutes more until nearly tender. Add tomatoes, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Saute until tomatoes are heated through. 6 servings.
