"Pineapple Salsa"

Serving Size: Makes about 1 1/2 cups

AmountIngredient
8 ounce canpineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cupchopped red onion
2 tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoonfresh lime juice
1 tablespoonchopped fresh chili peppers (or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

Preparation Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine pineapple and remaining salsa ingredients. Stir to combine, cover, and chill for about an hour before serving.
