Pork Potato Apple Bake

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
2 cans (12 ounces each)pork luncheon meat
17 ounce canvacuum pack sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 cupdark corn syrup
1/2 cupcrunchy peanut butter
1/4 cuporange juice
1 tablespoonbutter or margarine, melted
28 ounce jarspiced crab apples, drained

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each loaf luncheon meat into 4 slices; place slices in ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2 inches, or 2 quart casserole. Arrange potatoes on top. Mix corn syrup and peanut butter; stir in orange juice and butter. Pour over meat and potatoes. Top with crab apples. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. 4 servings.
