"Cheesy Chicken Corn Chowder"

Serving Size: Makes 4 main dish servings

Preparation Instructions:In a saucepan combine chicken, onion, celery, and 2 cup water. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken; when cool enough to handle, cut off meat and chop. Discard skins and bones. Return meat to broth, stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
Comments from Sue: OR Put in crockpot. I did this using raw chicken pieces; instead of American cheese, I used Velveeta.
