Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
Topping: 
1/3 cupall purpose flour
1/4 cupSplenda granular low calorie sweetener
1 teaspooncinnamon
1/4 cupcold butter, cut in chunks
Filling: 
4Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonsSplenda granular low calorie sweetener
2 tablespoonsall purpose flour
1/2 teaspooncinnamon

Preparation Instructions:

Topping: In a large bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Or, combine in a food processor using on/off pulse. Set aside.

Filling: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 inch square baking dish. Toss pears with lemon juice; transfer to dish. Combine Splenda, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle over pears.

Sprinkle with topping. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: 250 calories; 2.2g protein; 35.7 g carbohydrates; 12.3 g fat; 3.6 g dietary fibre.
