"The Worcestershire Burger"

Serving Size: Makes 8 to 10 burgers

Preparation Instructions:In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 8 to 10, evenly shaped, flat patties. Don't over mix, Barbecue, pan fry or place on rack in broiler pan and cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until well done (centers are no longer pink). For a zestier burger, baste with Worcestershire sauce while cooking. Serve on toasted buns. Makes 8 to 10 burgers.
