Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
2 poundsground beef
2 tablespoonsinstant minced onion
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonpepper
6 slicesCheddar cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Mix thoroughly meat, onion, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broiling time about 10 minutes; turn once. Add cheese slices; broil 1 minute longer.
