Peanut Butter and Jelly Coffee Cake

AmountIngredient
2 cupsBisquick baking mix
2 tablespoonssugar
1/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
2/3 cupmilk
1egg
1/2 cupjelly or jam

Preparation Tips:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease layer pan, 9 x 1 inches. Mix baking mix and sugar; cut in peanut butter. Mix in milk and egg; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread in pan. Spoon jelly onto batter and spread thinly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm. 8 servings.
