Chili Sausage Supper

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings

AmountIngredient
1 poundbulk pork sausage
1 cupfinely chopped onion
1 cupchopped green pepper
7 or 8 ounce packagewide egg noodles
16 ounce cantomatoes
1 cupsour cream
3/4 cupwater
1 tablespoonsugar
2 to 3 teaspoonssalt
1 to 2 teaspoonschili powder

Preparation Instructions:

In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking. 4 to 6 servings.
