Serving Size: Makes 8 burgers

AmountIngredient
1 poundground beef
About 1 1/2 ounce envelopeonion soup mix
1/2 cupfinely crushed cracker crumbs
8hamburger buns, split

Preparation Instructions:

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, and cracker crumbs. Shape mixture into eight 4 1/2 inch patties. Wrap each patty in single thickness aluminum foil; freeze. (Keep no lnoger than 3 months.) Wrap each bun in aluminum foil; freeze.

Heat frozen hamburgers and buns in foil wrappings in 425 degree oven 10 minutes. 8 burgers.
