1 cup eachall purpose flour and whole wheat flour
3 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoondried herbs of your choice
2eggs, beaten
2 cupsmilk
2 tablespoonsRogers Golden Syrup
2 tablespoonsbutter, melted

Preparation Instructions:

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend beaten eggs, milk and syrup. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; then add melted butter. Mix well. Bake pancakes on a hot griddle for about 1 minute each side. Surround pancakes with cooked sausages, sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes. Serve with pancake syrup.
