"Taste of the Tropics Pie"

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings

Amount Ingredient

Cheese Layer:

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

2 tablespoons Tropicana tropics blend juice

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Tropics Layer:

1/3 cup Tropicana tropics blend juice

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons grated orange rind

2 eggs

1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For cheese layer, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg and juice until smooth. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients for tropics layer and pour over cheese layer. Place pie on cookie sheet and bake for 50 to 55 minutes until set. Makes 8 servings.
