"Cheeseburger Pie"

Amount	Ingredient
1 pound	lean ground beef
1/2 cup	chopped onion
1 clove	garlic, chopped
4	mushrooms, chopped
	Salt, pepper and paprika, to taste
2	eggs
1/2 cup	Bisquick
1 cup	milk
1 cup	shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Cook beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms in a fry pan until browned, season to taste.....drain. Spread the beef mixture in the pie plate and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Whisk the remaining ingredients together until blended. Pour over meat and cheese mixture. Bake about 25 minutes.
