Campbell's Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
8 ouncesuncooked fettucine
2 cupsfresh or frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1 poundboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
10 ounce canCampbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper

Preparation Instructions:

1. Cook fettucine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain and rinse.

2. Heat oil at medium high in fry pan. Add chicken and stir fry until browned evenly.

3. Add soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stirring often.

4. Combine with fettucine mixture and heat through. Stirring often. Serves 4 people.
