Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Preparation Tips:1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In medium bowl mix togethr the sugar, flour and orange peel; add partially thawed fruit, mix again.
3. Roll out and line pie pan with bottom crust.
4. Stir fruit mixture again and fill pie shell.
5. Roll out top curst pastry; cut into strips for lattice top or simply cut a few slits to vent.
6. Top pie with second crust or lattice. Crimp sides to seal.
7. Bake approximately one hour until filling is bubbling and crust is golden. Serves 6 to 8.
