Preparation Instructions: Place kiwi in zipper freezer bag and seal tightly. Mash kiwi to a pulp in bag. Add cola and combine with kiwi by massaging mixture together. Pierce steak numerous times with a fork. Add steak to freezer bag, seal and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes (no longer or meat will go mushy), turning bag over once or twice. Meanwhile, preheat BBQ or broiler. Discard marinade. Season steak with lemon pepper and BBQ or broil for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until it reaches desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.Per serving: 146 calories; 21 g protein; 5 g fat; 2.4 g carbohydrates.
