"Amaretti Baked Peaches with Mascarpone"

Preparation Instructions:Arrange peaches, cut side up, in large shallow greased baking dish. Stir butter with liqueur; pour over peaches. Mix cookies with sugar; spoon into cavities.
Bake in 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until tender. To serve, dollop with mascarpone; sprinkle with almonds. Makes 8 servings.
Per serving: about 446 calories; 4 g protein; 31 g fat; 39 g carbohydrates; 2 g fibre; 74 mg cholesterol; 127 mg sodium.
