Eggs & Cheese
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions: Beat together eggs, cream, parsley, seasoned salt, fine herbs, and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet at medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble until set but still moist. Stir in cream cheese. Spoon one eighth of mixture onto each ham slice. Roll up, fasten with a toothpick and place seam side down on serving platter. Makes 4 servings.
